What are lifeline response services?
Lifeline Response Services provide a physical, on-the-ground response when a Lifeline alarm is triggered. Rather than relying solely on phone contact or family availability, trained carers are dispatched to attend the client’s home to assess the situation and provide practical support.
Where appropriate, concerns can be escalated to emergency or medical services- ensuring the right level of help is provided based on the situation.
This service does not replace emergency services, but acts as a rapid, supportive response when help is needed.
