Who We Are
Unity Care & Community Services forms part of the EMCAS Care Group, a trusted provider of clinically led domiciliary care services.
At Unity Care, we specialise in providing high-quality home and community care, supporting individuals to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Our work is shaped around the people we support- taking the time to understand their needs, routines, and preferences so that care feels natural, consistent, and truly person-centred.
Based in Lowton, we combine the professional standards and clinical experience of UCS Medical with a compassionate, hands-on approach to care, ensuring every individual receives support that is both safe and genuinely caring.

A Service Within UCS Group
Unity Care & Community Services is part of the wider EMCAS Care and UCS Care Group a growing organisation delivering a range of healthcare, training, and support services.
Within the group, UCS Medical provides clinically led services including ambulance care, patient transport, event medical support, and specialist healthcare provision. Alongside this, other divisions such as UCS Training and UCS Workwear contribute to a wider network focused on supporting professionals, organisations, and communities.
Being part of both groups allows us to deliver care that is both person-centred and professionally supported. We are able to draw on shared experience, strong operational standards, and a wider understanding of healthcare and support services- ensuring the care we provide is safe, reliable, and responsive.
